PupManager

Ways to sell

However you charge for your work, PupManager sells it.

Most software decides for you: appointments, or classes, or a shop. Trainers do not work like that. You might sell a block of six, a casual spot, a workshop ticket and a bag of treats in the same afternoon. All nine of these are in one account, and you switch off the ones you do not use.

  • 1:1 blocks

A set number of one-to-one sessions, sold up front and booked against your own availability.

The bread and butter. Puppy foundations, a reactivity plan, a recall course.

  • Group courses

A cohort that runs for a fixed number of weeks, with a roster, attendance and catch-ups.

Six-week puppy class. Everyone starts together and finishes together.

  • Casual spots

A single session of a class, sold on its own rather than as part of the course.

For people who cannot commit to six weeks, and regulars filling a gap.

    Free add-on
  • Packages

A bundle — three sessions, a workshop spot, a couple of things from your library — bought in one go.

When you want one price on a group of things instead of a price on each.

  • Memberships

An ongoing membership clients join and stay in, that renews without you invoicing anyone.

When you want part of the month to arrive whether or not you sold anything.

  • Events

A one-off thing people buy a ticket for, with a capacity and a guest list.

The Saturday workshop, a seminar, a client meet-up.

    Free add-on
  • Products

A shop in the client app: leads, toys, starter kits, with sizes, colours and stock.

The gear you always end up recommending and never make anything on.

  • Daycare day-parts

The day split into bookable parts, with rolling bookings and a live week board.

When you run a daycare alongside the training.

    Free add-on
  • In person, on the spot

Pick a client, add what they are buying, and take a card on your phone or record it to settle later.

The end of a session, when "I will transfer it tonight" turns into next month.

All of it lands in the same place: one calendar, one client record, one set of figures. A workshop ticket and a block of six show up in the same revenue report, and neither of them needs a second app. See what it costs.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a package and a membership?

A membership is ongoing: it renews, and it is what lets someone be part of your business at all. A package is a bundle of things bought in one go — three sessions, a workshop spot — with a number attached. A client can hold both at the same time, and plenty do: a small monthly membership, and a package on top when they want a run of sessions.

What happens when a client uses up everything in their package?

They can carry on booking at your normal price. PupManager does not stop someone who wants a fourth session and is happy to pay for it, because refusing money reads as a punishment for keenness. You and the client can both see how many are left before that point.

Do I have to use all of these?

No, and most trainers use two or three. Everything here is a switch. If you only run 1:1 work, turn the rest off and they leave your menu entirely rather than sitting there as clutter.

Do these cost extra?

Mostly not. 1:1 blocks and group courses are part of the core software. Casual spots, packages, memberships, events, daycare and in-person selling are all free add-ons — off until you switch them on, and no extra cost when you do. Only the client shop is a paid add-on.

Can a client pay for these online?

Yes. Connect your Stripe and clients pay by card, straight into your own bank account. There is no monthly fee for it, just the processing rate per payment. You can also send an invoice or a payment link instead if you prefer.
