PupManager

Software for dog behaviourists, from first consult to sign-off

Behaviour work lives or dies on history: what happened, when, what changed, and whether the owner did the work between visits. PupManager keeps the whole case in one place — the intake, every session note, the plan, and the owner’s follow-through.

3 → 7 in four weeks

A case file, not a booking system

Your intake form asks what you need to know before you arrive: triggers, history, vet details, household setup. Every consult adds structured notes, scores and video to the same record, so six weeks in you have a case history you can actually show — to the owner, or alongside a vet referral — instead of a notes app and a memory.

Between visits, the plan lives in the owner’s app: the management steps, the exercises, the video of you demonstrating. Owners see their dog’s progress in scores and milestones, which is exactly what keeps them going through the unglamorous middle weeks of a behaviour case. Works the same whether you spell it behaviourist or behaviorist.

In-home consults, planned

Frequently asked questions

Is PupManager built for behaviourists or trainers?

Both — the workflow is the same system. Behaviour work uses the same tools more deeply: a longer intake, structured session notes that build into a case history, progress scores over time, and homework plans delivered through the owner’s app. Many PupManager users do a mix of training and behaviour consults.

Can the intake form capture history like triggers and vet details?

Yes. Intake forms are yours to build — ask about history, triggers, vet details, household setup and anything else your casework needs. Answers land in the dog’s record before the first visit, so you arrive briefed instead of spending the first twenty minutes on questions.

Can owners follow a behaviour modification plan in the app?

Yes. The plan’s steps and exercises are sent as homework to your branded client app, with your demonstration videos attached. Owners tick off practice, and you can see follow-through between visits instead of finding out at the next consult.

Does it replace veterinary or clinical records?

No. PupManager is business and casework software for behaviour practitioners — intake, notes, plans, scheduling and payments. It is not a veterinary practice-management system and doesn’t hold clinical records or prescriptions.

How much does it cost?

Core software starts at US$10 per week (about US$43/month, with local pricing in NZ, Australia, the UK and Canada), with unlimited clients and dogs. There’s a 10-day free trial, no card required.
