Book your clients in for a wash and dry
A grooming week is appointments, reminders, the same regulars every six weeks, and getting paid at pick-up. PupManager keeps the diary, the dog’s details and the money in one place — with an app your clients actually open.

Tomorrow 9:00
Coco — full groom
A full diary without the phone tag
Clients request a slot from your branded app and you confirm — no back-and-forth texts. Regulars repeat on their cycle, automatic reminders cut the no-shows, and every dog’s clip notes, coat condition and “hates the dryer” quirks are on file at the table.
One honest note: PupManager grew up around dog training, so grooming-specific extras like before-and-after report cards aren’t here yet. If your day is bookings, reminders, records and payments — the admin that actually eats the week — it does that job well today, and groomers who also train or walk get the whole business in one login.

Frequently asked questions
Is PupManager grooming software?
PupManager is software for dog professionals, built first for trainers and now used across dog businesses. For groomers it covers the admin that eats the week — appointment bookings, automatic reminders, client and dog records, intake forms and card payments — through your own branded app. Grooming-specific extras like before-and-after report cards aren’t built yet, and we say so rather than pretend.
Can clients book their own grooming appointments?
Clients request appointments from your branded app and you confirm them, so you keep control of the diary. Regular clients can be set to repeat on their grooming cycle — every six weeks, every eight — instead of being rebooked by text each time.
Does it send appointment reminders?
Yes — automatic reminders go out before appointments, which is the single biggest fix for no-shows. Clients also see their upcoming appointment in the app whenever they open it.
Does it work for mobile groomers?
Yes. The route planner orders a day of house calls sensibly with drive time between stops, and each dog’s record — gate codes, quirks, vet details — is on your phone when you arrive.
How much does it cost for a grooming business?
Core software starts at US$10 per week (about US$43/month, with local pricing in NZ, Australia, the UK and Canada), with unlimited clients and dogs. Extra groomers on the team are per-seat. There’s a 10-day free trial, no card required.
Also built for: puppy schools · behaviourists · dog walkers · dog trainers
