PupManager

Dog walking software for walkers who do more than walks

If your week is recurring walks, regular clients and the odd training add-on, your admin is scheduling, updates and getting paid — the same three jobs, every week. PupManager does all three, with a branded app your clients actually open.

For structured walkers, not just step-counters

Set each client’s regular slots once and the week builds itself. The route planner orders your pick-ups sensibly with drive time in between, walk bundles are sold as session packages paid up front, and invoicing is Stripe-backed — so “just checking you got my last invoice?” texts stop being part of the job.

After each walk, a quick note and a photo land in the owner’s app — the same place their booking, their balance and their dog’s record live. One honest note: PupManager doesn’t do live GPS walk tracking. If a real-time map of every walk is the product you’re after, a dedicated walk-tracker fits better; if the walk is one part of a client relationship — especially with training in the mix — this is built for you.

Updates owners actually open

A photo and a two-line note after the walk, in your branded app — not buried in a group chat. It’s the bit clients tell their friends about.

Invoicing that chases itself

Stripe-backed invoices and payment links, tied to the package or the walk. Who’s paid is a glance, not a spreadsheet.

Every dog’s quirks on file

Gate codes, vet details, “doesn’t like skateboards” — each dog’s record holds what the person doing the walk needs to know.

Frequently asked questions

Does PupManager have GPS walk tracking?

No, and we’d rather tell you that up front. PupManager doesn’t track walks live on a map. What owners get instead is a photo-and-note update in your branded app after each walk, plus their schedule, balance and dog’s record. If live GPS is the main thing you sell, a dedicated walk-tracking app is a better fit.

Can I sell walk packages?

Yes — walk bundles are session packages: ten walks paid up front, ticked off automatically as they happen, with a clear view of who’s running low. Package payments are Stripe-backed, and you can invoice per walk or per bundle.

Does it handle a mix of walking and training?

That’s where it’s strongest. Walks, training sessions, packages and group classes all live on one calendar and one client record, so a walk-and-train business runs as one business — not a walking app duct-taped to a training spreadsheet.

Can my clients book and reschedule themselves?

Clients can request bookings and reschedules from your branded app, and you stay in control of the calendar. Recurring weekly slots are set once and repeat until you change them.

How much does it cost for a dog walking business?

Core software starts at US$10 per week (about US$43/month, with local pricing in NZ, Australia, the UK and Canada), with unlimited clients and dogs. Extra walkers on your team are per-seat. 10-day free trial, no card required.
