PupManager started as a fix for one person’s impossible week, my wife’s. One tool that knows you’re a dog trainer, not a duct-tape stack of five that don’t.

Why this exists
My wife Brooke is a brilliant dog trainer, the kind clients drive across the country to book. Running the business was the hard part: a booking app, Stripe, a Notion doc per client, a spreadsheet, and Mailchimp, all held together with text reminders.
The worst part wasn’t the lost hours. It was watching her come home stressed about the admin, not the dogs.
The dogs were doing brilliantly. She was stressed because the admin ate the time she needed for the people: the video she meant to send Tuesday, the mid-week check-in, the progress summary the client deserved. None of it was getting done.
So I built PupManager. One place for:
- The schedule, recurring sessions, and reminders
- Homework and the video she shot on the spot
- A client app themed to her business, her clients actually open it
